Request a repair

For routine maintenance, please complete the form below and tell us what is happening, when it started and what you have already checked.

If possible, email a clear photo or short video to [email protected]. Include your name, property address and a brief description so we can match it to your request.

Before you lodge a request

Please take reasonable steps to check the issue and prevent further damage, but only if it is safe to do so. For example:

  • If water is leaking, turn off the relevant tap or the water main if you can access it safely.

  • If the power is out, check whether neighbouring properties are affected and contact Ergon Energy Network on 13 22 96 to report an outage.

  • If an appliance is not working, check its power supply and any controls you normally use. Do not open, dismantle or attempt to repair it.

Please still report the issue, even if you have temporarily stopped the leak or restored a service.

Emergency repairs

An emergency repair is a serious issue that needs urgent attention. Examples include a burst water pipe, serious roof leak, gas leak, dangerous electrical fault, flooding, a blocked or broken toilet, loss of an essential service, or damage that makes the property unsafe or insecure.

Do not rely on this online form for an emergency. Contact the emergency repair contact listed on your tenancy agreement as soon as possible. If you cannot reach them within a reasonable time, or the repair is not promptly addressed, you may arrange a suitably qualified repairer for emergency repairs up to the value of four weeks’ rent. Keep the invoice and receipts and let us know what happened as soon as possible.

If there is an immediate danger to life, call 000. For fallen powerlines or an electrical network hazard, stay clear and call Ergon Energy Network on 13 16 70.

If you arrange an emergency repair, email the details and any invoice or receipt to [email protected] so we can follow it up.
